I have already tried therapy and coaching. Why would this be different?+

Most of my clients arrive after years of exactly that, and they all say the same thing: they were allowed to talk, they were asked good questions, and nobody ever gave them a tool. Understanding why you feel the way you feel does not tell you who to become. I hand you instruments — for self-esteem, for fear, shame, and guilt, for changing a behaviour that no longer serves you — and you keep them for life.

Is this therapy?+

No. Therapy examines the past to explain the present. I use the past as foundation, not explanation — and the work is forward-facing. I am a coach, not a clinician. If what you are carrying needs clinical care, I will tell you so directly and help you find the right person.

I don't know what I want. Is that a problem?+

It is the most common sentence I hear, and it is not a problem — it is the starting point. You cannot answer that question until there is a self there to do the wanting. That is why we build the foundation first.

How long does this take?+

Three months is the minimum, and most clients work with me for considerably longer — more than seventy-five percent renew each year. We meet twice a week in the first year, because momentum is what keeps life from piling up between sessions. After that, most clients move to once a week.

What does it cost?+

Pricing depends on the programme and the engagement, so I do not publish it. We discuss it on the discovery call, once I understand what you are actually working on.

Will I have to talk about my childhood?+

Some of it, eventually. Not because the past is interesting, but because a great deal of what runs your decisions today was installed before you could evaluate it. We go there when it is useful, at a pace you set, and never as an archaeology project.

What happens on a discovery call?+

Thirty minutes. You tell me what brought you here. I tell you what I see — including the parts that are uncomfortable. You leave with something useful whether or not we work together.

How do you know it's working?+

You complete questionnaires before we begin and the same questionnaires at the end, so change is documented rather than just felt. Every session has a survey before it, and I close every session by asking you how you feel and what you learned. You will not have to take my word for your own progress.
